[With a light shrug, RHIANNA coolly raised her hand. There was a slight strain apparent upon her face as if to gather a small bit of information into the appropriate words.]
Vampires are creatures said to live off of human or animal blood. They hone unnatural powers-- a whole variety of them, each setting one vampire apart from another.

Elora slowly raised her hand, "Isn't there something about they have no reflection?" Elora turned completly red she didn't know ANYTHING about vampires.

Shannon walked into the classroom, unfortunately late. He stopped in the doorway and realized everyone was staring at him standing there. He smiled nervously and said to the Professor, "Sorry, Professor, slept in a little bit this morning. I'll go take my seat." As he sat down in his seat he looked at the person's book next to him, and saw which page they were on. He turned to that page and saw they were reading about vampires. Looking around again, Shannon saw that everyone was voicing what they knew about vampires.
Shannon raised his hand and said, "Uhm, vampires tend to have several weaknesses to offset their supernatural powers. They're very allergic to garlic and deathly allergic to silver, as some humans are. Some people say the only way to kill a vampire is to stab them in the heart with a wooden stake, but that only stuns the vampire for a short time, then he takes the stake out and regenerates again. Vampires also cannot stand daylight, mostly because it burns them in seconds. The only way I've heard of killing a vampire is by silver or garlic, and that's because they're all allergic to them."

Elora felt completly ignored to the fact of the late student...she did not respect someone that couldn't value being on time... "What about what I said Professor...was I nearly on track?" Elora still was red from speaking before as again she has never studied vampires before.

Cho had been barely listening. She rubbed her eyes and yawned. She stared at the celing as tho an answer would be there though she knew there wouldn't. She knew very little about vampires and anything she did know had already been said...she sank down hoping the professor wasn't requiring an answer or just not notice her. She proped her book up so it covered her face. She was terribly red faced. She was cluessless and but she didn't feel like being the only one without an answer. She scanned the book looking for something...anything. She gave a heavy sigh and continued looking. She just hoped the whole year would be like this.

Some thoughts came to Elora's mind both interesting and baffling. She raises her hand, " Professor doesn't garlic just prevent vampires from coming near...I also heard the same with circles of salt.

Finally waking up again, Alex realized what they were talking about. She pondered about all the knoweledge she learned from the movies and took a guess after raising her hand and said, " Vampires can't be exposed to the sun, right?"
